and candidate contact. Following graduation from UCLA with a BA
in Economics, he has spent his entire career in the executive search
industry, founding Kinkead Partners in 1981.
He is backed by an experienced team of professionals who understand
the needs of industrial clients and have a strong following in commercial
leadership circles. Our head of research is a Kellogg MBA, based
in Chicago, and is an expert on business school-trained commercial
executives.

David is active in the International
Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment (IACPR),
an organization that brings together senior retained search and
corporate talent management to share new ideas and best practices.
He is co-chair of the IACPR’s Small Search Firm Strategy Committee
and has been instrumental in developing the organization’s
series of forums to build excellence within the boutique search
firm industry.
David has testified before Senate sub-committees, has spoken to
key industry groups and has written numerous articles on the recruitment
and retention of commercial leaders.
