In the search industry, too much emphasis is often placed on the “search process” – and too little on exhaustive execution of each key step and successful completion of the project. At Kinkead Partners, we understand that the process is only as good as the final outcome.

Our Research and Databases
Kinkead Partners has built a comprehensive, up-to-date database of commercial executives in America’s strongest industrial and consumer durable marketing organizations – the companies widely recognized as the top training grounds for leaders in their fields.

For each search, we draw on this proprietary database, plus the firm’s personal network and our own original research, to create a universe of carefully qualified candidates. In many cases, because of our thorough knowledge of the skills and personalities of executives who excel in this arena, we can present profiles of candidates whom other firms might miss.

Communication
We make sure that we have agreed together on the search strategy and have established milestones and specific target dates. Then, throughout the search process, we provide you with succinct, weekly reports, showing search progress and the status of all candidates identified to date. At any point, you can review where we are against the milestones we have set for the search, all the candidates of interest, our assessment of how well they match your requirements and next steps with each.

Because we know industrial markets and the key players, we are able to quickly present a slate of candidates with the skills and experience to make an immediate contribution to your business. But we also understand that it is not just filling today’s position.
